Dealer Communications

Building on a 10-year relationship with Williams/Gerard, Cat went big at MINExpo 2008. Working together, we produced and coordinated a large customer hospitality event that hosted more than 5,000 people over 5 nights for Caterpillar dealers and their customers.

Transforming a 50,000 sq.ft free-standing structure at the Rio Hotel into a large scale showcase of mining machinery, dealer services and CAT resources, WG helped CAT put their worldwide dealers

front and center, helping them increase awareness and strengthen relationships.

Caterpillar's guests were entertained with machine simulators, interactive displays and a spectacular show geared specifically towards the mining industry. Our staff talent scouts "unearthed" a 30-man choir of practicing miners from Nova Scotia. Each evening, they brought tears to the eyes of fellow miners, along with humor, passion and lasting memories.
